Account Basics

Listed are some basic information to help you along the road to successful rentals:

New clients must provide payment in full before pick up of equipment.

A refundable security deposit in the amount of your insurance deductible is also required.

We accept the following forms of payment:
  • cash
  • check - certified check or official bank check
  • traveler’s checks
  • credit cards - Visa, Master Card or American Express
All credit card charges of more than $1000.00 are subject to a 3% service charge.

Proof of insurance is required on all rentals. A standard insurance certificate naming Lee Utterbach Cameras as additional insured and loss payee must be submitted and approved before the pick up of your rental.

If you do not have equipment insurance we can assist in contacting the appropriate parties to acquire appropriate insurance or possibly cover you under our insurance for a nominal fee .

Equipment is normally available for pick up at 3 pm and is due back at 10 am. Exceptions to this are possible, but must be made prior to the equipment leaving the facility. Additional charges may apply if arrangements are not made.

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a fee up to 100% of the rental charge.
